Queen's Platinum Jubilee Grants

Grants are now available for community groups, which are planning village events to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee.

Groups must have a Constitution, elect a committee (minimum Chair, Secretary and Treasurer) at least every 15 months and hold a bank account in the group's name.

How to apply:
To apply please complete the application form below, giving brief details of your event and what your grant would be used for, including the approximate costs, and provide a recent bank statement.  The maximum grant available is £300. Any underspend must be repaid to the Council within 28 days of the event.

Forms are also available from Burton Village Hall, Councillors and can be sent out on request.

Completed applications with supporting documents must be received by the Council by Friday 4 February 2022
Late applications will automatically be refused.
