     KIRKBURTON PARISH COUNCIL
has a vacancy for an 
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 
Relevant administrative and clerical experience necessary. 
Requirement to obtain the ILCA qualification.
 The successful candidate will need good written and oral communication skills 
and be able to work to tight deadlines.
Duties include:
- Administrative     and secretarial support
 
- Assistance     to the Clerk on various projects 
 
- Occasional     attendance at evening meetings 
 
 Own transport occasionally required
 15 hours per week for 40 weeks term-time only with some flexibility on times/days
This is a 1-year post with the potential to be extended. 
 Salary: £6,600 pa + pension scheme
Closing Date: 12 noon on 22 March 2021
It is expected the interviews will be held week commencing 12 April 2021
